Training walk / Recommended for dogs that need extra support on walks. Training is included during the walk.

Before Using Daycare
Eligibility

First-time guests should bring proof of combination and rabies vaccinations.

Daycare is available only for dogs receiving flea and tick prevention.

We may decline service if strong aggression or extreme excitement is observed.
Cancellation Policy
Unless there is an unavoidable reason, same-day cancellations are charged at 100% of the fee. Repeated same-day cancellations may affect whether we can accept future reservations.

•6 to 3 days before: free
•2 days before: 50%
•The day before: 70%
•Same day: 100%
For regular-course customers
Unless there is an unavoidable reason, same-day cancellations count as one used session.

What is the daycare program like?
It is a program where pets develop social skills while interacting with other dogs and our staff. Playtime and rest are balanced in the playroom for a well-rounded day.
My pet has never attended daycare before. Is that okay?
First-time visitors are required to have a trial session. Our staff will conduct a thorough consultation and care for your pet within a comfortable range. You can also start with short-hour daycare until your pet gets used to it. Please feel free to consult with us.
My pet is not good with other dogs. Is that okay?
Our staff manages group pairings based on compatibility and personality. Daycare groups are organized so that pets can spend time comfortably and safely.
