Terms of Service

To help every customer use our services with confidence,

please review the following terms and prepare the required documents.

Conditions for Use

● Vaccinations (combination vaccine of 5 types or more and rabies) must have been completed within the past year.

● Your pet must have been treated for fleas, ticks, and similar parasites.

● Your pet must not be under treatment for illness or injury, and must be in good health without chronic issues affecting service.

※ Your pet’s condition will be judged by our staff.

● Female dogs must not be in season or pregnant.

● Your pet must not show aggression toward other dogs or people.

※ Aggression will also be judged by our staff.

● Age limits apply: 14 years or younger for small and medium dogs, and 10 years or younger for large dogs.

● If you are late for your trimming appointment, your pet may need to stay with us longer.

※ Any additional boarding fee will be borne by the customer.

※ If the above conditions are not met, we may refuse service.

※ If it is later discovered that the conditions were not met, please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for any resulting event.

※ If the boarding period has passed and we cannot contact you or you do not come for pick-up, ownership may be considered abandoned and no objection may be made regarding subsequent handling.

Restrictions on Use

We may refuse service in the following cases.

• When your pet is in poor health or suffering from illness

• When your pet has a heavy flea or tick infestation

• When your pet has severe biting habits or is difficult to handle safely

Required Documents

At your first visit, the following three documents must be presented. We may take copies for our records.

If you do not have these documents, we may not be able to accept your pet.

※ Identification showing the current residential address of a family member (driver’s license, health insurance card, etc.)

※ Combination vaccine certificate (5 types or more), or an antibody test report completed within the past year

※ Rabies vaccination certificate issued within the past year

Disclaimer

・We will take full responsibility in caring for pets attending daycare or boarding with us. However, except in cases of willful misconduct or negligence on our part, we cannot accept claims for compensation or emotional damages arising from injuries or illness caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or trouble between pets.

・Dogs may experience sudden poor health or physical changes due to stress caused by a new environment. We provide careful consultation and treatment, but if sudden illness or a pre-existing injury is discovered, we may arrange treatment at a nearby clinic without prior consent from the family. In such cases, examination and treatment costs will be borne by the customer.

・If your dog is injured due to our negligence, we will refund the service fee and cover all treatment costs. However, we cannot accept responsibility for damages, consolation money, or similar claims of any kind.

・If death or escape occurs due to our negligence, compensation will be limited to a refund of the service fee and the dog’s purchase price or an amount equivalent to the sales price calculated by our store. We cannot accept responsibility for any other damages or consolation claims.

・If minor symptoms that can be handled with first aid occur during trimming, such as light bleeding from nail trimming or a minor clipper scratch, we will provide disinfection and similar treatment at the store. Beyond that, we cannot accept responsibility for examination fees, treatment fees, damages, or consolation claims.

・We cannot accept any responsibility for accidental injury during boarding, pre-existing illness such as epilepsy or heart disease, unusual constitution, or any other force majeure event.

・We cannot accept any responsibility for accidents or trouble after the pet has been returned to the owner.

・If we receive no contact for more than one week after the scheduled pick-up date, ownership rights as the owner will be regarded as abandoned and ownership of the dog will belong to our store.

Cancellation Policy

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the requested treatment.

Even if treatment is still possible, any discount programs will no longer apply.

• Unless there is an unavoidable reason, cancellation fees are 100% on the day, 70% the day before, and 50% two days before the appointment.

Other

・Even after agreeing to these terms, posting content on social media, blogs, review sites, or other internet media that criticizes our store is prohibited.

・Posting shared videos online when our staff members appear in them is prohibited.

・If a collision or other accident occurs at the store, we will report it to the police regardless of the scale of the damage.

・Even in a discussion held in good faith, if our responsible manager judges that there has been abusive language, threats, extortion, or similar conduct, entry to the store may be prohibited.

・The information written in our terms agreement form and pet record will be managed strictly in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and used only for the relevant purposes.

・These terms may be changed without prior notice. If you have agreed before a change, you will be regarded as having agreed to the latest version after the change as well.
